Preliminary results from a sophisticated Spanish Study only 6 months into its 2 year trial reported to the British Contact Lens Association's 33rd Annual Clinical Conferenece in Manchester in June 2009.
The study trys to address poor methods adopted by previouse studies. The author concludes that this study is the first of its kind to address the feasibility of Orthokeratology in controlling myopia and its safety. We await its results but preliminary measuments show a difference in the length of the eye!
